I’m not one for writing reviews on every single thing I purchase, but this suitcase is praiseworthy. It’s semi-hard-sided but soft enough that you can squish lots of things in corners. I purchased six different carry-ons for comparison, and the BEIS held the most of all of them. Plus, it was the easiest to close even though it was quite full. THE locking zippers and foam handle are nice touches, and the pockets inside are really well thought out. And it looks pretty good. The not-so-good review

I love the size, the weight & the interior pockets! But the exterior had a seam flaw when it arrived. The second time I used it there was another seam that was coming apart. Hopefully, the warranty will take care of it.

It’s okay, the wheel is smooth The bag kinda looks not high-end in person. The expandable section is really just extra fabric. Also tends to fall over quite a bit. I chose to keep it because I like the pocket for my laptop and the interior pockets.

Too small I was ready to love this carry-on luggage. I saw it in the videos, I was in love. I asked for it for my birthday. When I got it, it was everything I expected. The compartments, the quality, and the design. It was beautiful. I had a trip within the next week. The night before my trip I excitedly attempted to pack my things on the carry-on. Unfortunately, I ran out of space before I even finished packing. I thought, well maybe I don’t need to take this hair curler, maybe I don’t need to take these heels. But in reality, my other carry-on fits all of that and more. This bag just fell short of space. It has no way to expand, so you get two short compartments on each side. If you pack extra light for a night or two, this is for you. If you pack your full weekend trip as a normal packer, this is not for you.
